A real estate war is to be expected in Manchester.

The expensive agents better watch out, because freehomemarket has started in Manchester.

Freehomemarket is really taking over the market in the UK - everywhere they start there's a commission fee war.

In the Netherlands the commission fees were sky high, but because of Freehomemarket the fees in the market had to come down, which resulted in a lot of agencies going out of business.

Leton Gregory (Freehomemarket Manchester): "We work with the lowest commission fees in the Netherlands: 0,5% for  everything above 5 thousand, and for everything below the 5 thousand we ask a minimum fee of 2500 pound. And what we don't use are abrogation costs. We simply guarantee that we will sell your house for the best price. And if the customer is not happy they can always stop the process. No cure no pay we call it. We don't hand out fines, we are not the police. We are a commercial organization."

No wonder that the formula's a big success, because the current agencies still having a commission rate of 2% to 5% is really out of this time.

Even the branch organizations will have to change their strategy into a marketing organization. So in our case we're a step ahead, because we're an oiled mean and lean fighting machine. That's what the customer needs these days. And the property will be advertised on all the leading web sites in the UK.

Freedom

Even the competition has changed their conditions because of our good conditions. Now consumers can sell their house in a fast and professional way. The good part of all of this is that Freehomemarket has always worked in this way to please the customer; we  only start charging when the property has sold and this is how it should be. No cure no pay.
